Please note, rent banks are the last resort option for those needing financial support to maintain housing.

The loan approval process can take up to a week or longer depending on:

1. The day of the week a pre-assessment is submitted
2. How long it takes the applicant to collect and submit requested documents 
3. The number of pre-assessments submitted
