Supported Opportunities Program (SOP)

The Supported Opportunities Program (SOP) is a structured pre-vocational initiative delivered by CMHA Cariboo Chilcotin through its Clubhouse and community-based services. The program supports individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness, acquired brain injury, and other significant barriers to employment to build the skills, confidence, and stability required for workforce participation. The program is grounded in Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) principles and emphasizes recovery, strengths-based development, and community integration.
