Supportive Counselling
Supportive counselling offers a safe, confidential space to talk through life’s challenges with a trained counsellor who listens without judgment. Whether you are navigating stress, grief, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling overwhelmed, supportive counselling can help you feel heard and less alone. Sessions focus on your strengths, your goals, and what matters most to you.
Family Solutions
Our family and youth outreach team members utilize recognized approaches to facilitate growth and overcome mental health challenges. We are a trauma-informed practice that utilizes an attachment-based parenting approach when supporting the families we work with.
Connect Attachment Program
Connect is designed for all kinds of families. It addresses changes that occur between adults and teens and helps them keep their relationship strong and positive. Connect is for all families – it helps protect teens as they move forward in their journey to adulthood.
Interior Crisis Line Network
The Interior Crisis Line Network (ICLN) offers 24/7 non-judgmental support. Our trained responders can help callers develop safety/self-care plans, refer to local resources, and provide a safe space to share.
Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) provides the knowledge, skills, and attitudes for participants to recognize changes in mental health, respond supportively, and apply practical actions for declining mental health and crisis situations. It helps participants build confidence, reduce stigma, and enhance their own mental health.
safeTALK
Learn to talk openly about suicide, reach out to someone with thoughts of suicide, and connect them with further support in a half-day, face-to-face workshop.
Living Life to the Full
Living Life to the Full is a fun and interactive experience that will help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and what to do about them!
Mindful Creations
Mindful Creations is a six-week program that blends mindfulness practice with creative expression to help participants build a deeper relationship with their emotions and themselves. Designed as a safe, supportive space, the program invites participants to slow down, tune in, and use art to explore what’s happening inside.
