The Williams Lake Community Action Team, also referred to as WL CAT – is in partnership with Community Action Initiative, Ministry of Mental Health & Addictions, and the Overdose Emergency Response Centre. Our purpose is to help communities develop partnerships to provide focused, action orientated strategies to community needs that support the overdose/toxic drug supply crisis.
